Payment

It is up to the Client to pay the corresponding program fee, in full, before the first session begins.

 

Refunds

**THERE ARE NO REFUNDS**

Due to the time spent on creating the programs, Zoom meetings, evaluations, etc., refunds are not offered. Use the 30 minute Zoom call offered below to see if we are a fit. 

If you are a resident of the European Union (EU), you have the right to cancel the CouchIssues™ Program contract within a period of 14 days beginning with the day after the purchase.  You must request the refund in writing.

Note:

  1. Unused Coaching sessions may not be transferred.

  2. In the event that your credit card/debit card is declined, you will have 7 days to correct this matter with a new card.

  3. If you cannot correct this matter within 7 days, we will need to begin collection agency actions or other avenues of redress.

 

Scheduling

  1. Sessions/meetings are conducted by Zoom. The times will be agreed upon by the Coach and Client during the initial session.

  2. If you need to reschedule a session, you need to notify me 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session to reschedule or cancel. 

  3. You need to reschedule the session within a week of the originally scheduled date.

  4. If a session is rescheduled more than twice, the Client forfeits that session and will not be refunded for that session nor will that session be rescheduled. 

  5. If you fail to show up for a scheduled session, without notice, you will not be refunded for that session nor will it be rescheduled.  That time slot will be given to another Client.

  6. If you are late for an appointment, the session will end on time and will not be made up out of respect for other Clients.

  7. If you stop attending 2 sessions without giving notice and do not respond to attempts to contact you, it will be assumed that you no longer wish to continue.  Your remaining sessions will be given to another client.

 

Termination of Services

CouchIssues™ reserves the right to change or terminate services as well as the Coach/Client relationship at any time for reasons such as, but not limited to, dangerous or inappropriate behavior on the part of the Client or failure to attend sessions, CouchIssues™ will notify the Client as to the reason for the termination and it will be effective immediately. Any unused sessions will not be refunded.

 

Remember

  1. Results are not guaranteed as you need to be open to coaching, be willing to accept change and put forth your effort.

  2. Addressing issues in any part of your life can be difficult and can feel uncomfortable.

  3. It's important that you are ready to participate.

  4. Since the program is styled for consistent progress, being inconsistent will interrupt the forward momentum and we will need time to review prior sessions or start over again.

  5. Careful consideration needs to be taken before purchasing any program. It's not only a monetary investment but an investment in accessing your best self.
